Naomi Campbell has welcomed her second child, a son, at the age of 53 after keeping the news of the pregnancy a secret.

The British supermodel announced the birth of her first child in 2021, and took to social media on Thursday, June 29, to tell her followers about the arrival.

She said: "it's never too late" to become a mother in an announcement post on her Instagram, which has racked up numerous sweet comments from A-lister pals.

"My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence," she wrote in the caption of a picture that shows her latest bundle of joy cradled in her arm.

Campbell had previously not revealed she was expecting a second child after welcoming her daughter in 2021.

Last year the model posed with her eldest child on the cover of British Vogue and confirmed she had not been adopted.
